Jaclyn DiPasquale discovered yoga more than 10 years ago when she was on a journey for better physical and mental health. She quickly became dedicated to the practice of yoga and mindfulness when she noticed what dramatic changes it made in her life. Jaclyn completed her E-RYT 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2014 and has since been teaching and sharing her passion for yoga for the past 7 years. She has continued her education by attending many workshops with established yoga teachers from Seane Corn to Jason Crandell. She is also a certified fitness trainer with over 7 years of experience in the health & fitness industry and is in the process of completing her natural nutrition program to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist by 2022. Jaclyn believes that health and wellness should be a priority at the forefront of our lives and we should strive to continue our personal studies in movement and proper nutrition with an emphasis on balance.

Jaclyn is grateful for the many teachers she has had along her journey and dedicates her teaching to them and the many gifts they have given her. She aspires to be a lifelong student of yoga with the goal to complete an E-RYT 500 hour teacher training with some of her favourite teachers around the world. Jaclyn hopes to inspire her students by teaching that we have very little control over what happens in our lives, but we do have the power to feel peace and respond by practicing breath, movement, and intention.
