Introduction to Yoga

Beginner’s Mind is a 6-week series created specifically for those who have little to no experience with yoga, but are keen to learn in a safe, non-judgemental environment. You will learn about the different styles of yoga, fundamental yoga poses and terminology, the health benefits of a yoga practice, and a little bit about the history of yoga. By the end of this series, you will be confident to attend a Gentle or All Levels community class.

If you would like to give yoga a try, but are nervous about getting started, this is a relaxed, fun introduction to the practice.
