Stephanie began her yoga journey as a student in 2004 and completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2010. She has since completed a second 200-hour training, and is working towards her 300-hr certification. She has also participated in many workshops both locally and internationally.
Guided by her background in anatomy, she is able to provide her students with a deeper experience of the postures. Her classes integrate breath and movement to create a meditative flow that achieves a balance between strength and flexibility, with the intent of leaving your mat calm and connected.
