Stephanie began her yoga journey as a student in 2004 and completed her first 200 hour teacher training course in 2010.  She has since completed a second 200 hour teacher training module and has participated in many workshops both locally and internationally.

Guided by her background in anatomy, she is able to provide her students with a deeper experience of the postures. Her classes integrate breath and movement to create a meditative flow that achieve a balance between strength and flexibility, with the intent of leaving your mat calm and connected.
